Mileage Fee Structure:

• Appointments within a 10-mile radius: $30.00

• Appointments beyond 10 miles: $30.00 plus $1.00 for each additional mile traveled.

Large Group Considerations: Recognizing the needs of large groups, such as nursing homes, the per-mile travel fee may be adjusted based on the number of notarizations required. Please inquire for a custom quote.

For your urgent notarization needs outside of regular business hours (evenings and early mornings), a convenience fee applies in addition to our standard rates.

After-Hours Fee Structure:

• Weekdays (after 9 PM and before 8 AM): $40 additional fee

• Weekends and Holidays (before 8 AM and after 9 PM): $60 additional fee
